MaterialsAn eye-catching statement piece that doubles as a storage cabinet. Strong and sturdy, it’s been built to be an heirloom piece to last generations.
The cabinet is made from 95% reclaimed wood of various types including brown oak, pine, elm, sycamore, chipboard, and birch plywood. The other 5% is its reclaimed door knobs, made from various materials, including wood, glass, plastic, metal (brass, copper, iron), and ceramic.
The exterior is finished with a gloss white paint (One Eco Home is currently working with the designer to use an Eco friendly paint alternative – stay posted). All the drawer interiors have a natural wax finish.

TransportationAll materials are sourced in Edinburgh, where the cabinet is also made. All materials travel by road.
PackagingBubble wrap and cardboard boxes are used to protect the cabinet during transportation. Please make sure you reuse/recycle these. We are currently looking into alternative more environmentally sensitive methods of packaging this cabinet whilst keeping it protected and waterproof.
